Our seniors advanced to the County Semi final following their defeat of Kildangan on Sunday evening last. Our opponents in the semi final will be Eire Og Annacarty who defeated North champions Portroe in their quarter final clash. The semi final will take place in Semple Stadium on Sunday October 7th.
Tipperary return to Pairc an Chrocaigh on Sunday next for their All Ireland Minor hurling replay clash with Dublin.We wish the team management,players and in particular Ronan Maher,Stephen Cahill and Conor Lanigan the very best of luck. It has been a long campaign and we hope victory will be secured in the replay.

Ladies Football Notes
The first round of the minor B championship was played lasted weekend away to Moycarkey. Sarsfields have a very young team with only 2 girls over age next year. This was the first time some of these girls played football and gave a great account of themselves. The girls got off to a good start and were a point up at half time playing with the wind, twas a pity some good scoring chances were missed while playing with the wind. The Moycarkey girls who were physically stronger throughout the pitch picked it up a notch in the second half and ran out winners on a score line of 2-12 to 3-3.the team on the day was: Amy Jordan, Maria Dooley,Emma Butler, Catriona Skehan, Michelle Donnelly, Aine McCarthy, Siobhain Molumby, Claire Fitzpatrick, Aoife McGrath, Ciara o Dwyer, Aisling O Hagan, Aine o Brien, Hannah Doyle, Aoife Dwyer, Lauren Maher, Cora Rose Gleeson, Roisin Ryan.
Training continues every Wednesday at 6.30 and Saturday's at 1.30 in the Sarsfields pitch, attendance is vital girls..
