FIXTURES

MINOR HURLING
June 29th Minor B v JK Brackens at 7.30pm in Sarsfields pitch
July 5th    Minor B v Boherlahan-Dualla at 6pm
               Minor A v Moycarkey- Borris at 8pm both in Sarsfields pitch.
July 11th  Minor A v Holycross-Ballycahill at 7.30pm in Holycross

SENIOR HURLING
We play JK Brackens in the Mid Senior Hurling semi final on Wednesday July 4th at 7.30pm in the Ragg.

INTERMEDIATE HURLING
We continue our series of League games when we play Gortnahoe-Glengoole in Templetuohy on Sunday next July 1st at 12.45pm.

JUNIOR HURLING
We have two games to play in the coming weeks.
July 7th we play Drom-Inch in the Ragg pitch at 7.30pm.
Sunday July 8th we travel to Templetuohy to play the home side with a 12 noon throw in.

THURLES SARSFIELDS SUPPORTERS CLUB
Our Supporters Club in existence since 2005 is gearing up again for the 2012/2013 season. The officers and committee members would like to thank all our loyal members who have made the weekly club lotto a resounding success. The funds raised are a vital source of revenue to our club and with the new lotto being launched on July 20th,we look forward to the continued support of our members. To become a member please contact Garry Mernagh,Thomas Callanan or Ger Donnelly.

THURLES SARSFIELDS INTERNATIONAL HURLING FESTIVAL
Preparations are well underway for this years event. July 13th and 14th will see over one thousand players from Ireland and overseas descend on Thurles for a two day International Festival of Hurling. Events taking place include the Association's social and recreational game,Caman Abu which will be held in the Ursuline Convent on Saturday,July 14th. The European Board will also play the final round of their European Hurling and Camogie Championships in St Patrick's College on Saturday July 14th.Teams from all over Europe will compete to become the 2012 European Champions. The club are delighted to be at the helm in organizing these and other events given that Thurles is the 2012 European Town of Sport.Chairman,John Enright and the organizing committee are meeting on a weekly basis co ordinating the whole event. We wish them well. Watch this space for more details.

Ladies Football

Juniors
The Junior B Championship is due to start on the weekend of the 8th of July with a home game to Boherlahhan. Training will be starting up shortly. 

Cul Camp
The Cul Camp is now set for the 13-17th August for the age group 6 - 13yrs. Further details can be checked on the website gaa.ie/kellogsculcamps. There is a discount available for anyone booking online. 

Clothing Collection
There will be a clothing collection held on the 30th June at the SARS centre. The time is to be announced. This is your chance to do a clear out on all your unwanted clothes, books etc. 

Community Games
Well done to the Community Games team who recently beat Ballyclerahan 
with a score of 3/11 to 3/02. They are now set to meet the Kerry team on the 12/07. The venue is to be decided. 

Minors
Training will be starting shortly. Championship is due to start back in September. 

Sympathies
Thurles SARS Ladies football would like to offer their sympathies to the Maher family on the recent breabments. Our thoughts are with you all.
